To both internal and external customers, this candidate provides service with timely and appropriate follow-up and is responsive to the needs of students, other staff members, or patrons. The candidate has demonstrated an improvement of customer service and satisfaction in their department.

Criteria:

  2. Candidate minimizes delays and assures consistent and timely follow up.
  3. Candidate responds to the evolving needs of his/her respective customer base.
