Ideas that Make a Difference
This award is to acknowledge an employee who has developed a solution to a difficult existing problem effectively and productively or improved Duquesne's overall organizational effectiveness through a new method or approach. This employee developed and implemented a plan for the good of the Duquesne community.
Criteria:
- Candidate's contribution must be for duties or services that are above or beyond his or her regularly assigned duties.
- Candidate's initiative in the development of an actionable idea facilitated proactive change or solved a problem.
- Candidate's plan was applied to appropriate processes, systems, and methods at the University.
- Candidate provided leadership and good organizational skills to create quality job performance.
