CTS Help Desk Mission
The mission of the CTS Help Desk is to provide computer-related technical assistance to the students, faculty, and staff of Duquesne University, supporting them in their own furtherance of the University mission.
We provide excellent service in a manner that is both professional and human through personal and electronic interactions with members of the Duquesne community. We answer questions, offer informal instruction, provide first-tier troubleshooting, manage escalation of issues to CTS support specialists, and represent the interests of the broader Duquesne community within CTS.
We continually improve our services by practicing and promoting teamwork, clear communication, and commitment to improving our technical and professional abilities.
