    Lab Software Requests

    Please use the form below to request software installations in the computer labs for the Fall 2014 semester.  Complete each field in the form as required, to expedite your request.  Complete this form if you intend to maintain the installation of software currently on the computers.  Do not assume that software currently installed will be reinstalled without a request from you.

    In order to complete the campus wide lab software installations in time for the Fall semester, your requests must be submitted before June 3rd.  For more information about deadlines visit our Lab Software Information page
