DORI is Unavailable

DORI, Banner & DU Web Apps Maintenance Sunday, October 22, 2017

The DORI application will be unavailable on Sunday, October 22, 2017 from 5:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. due to system maintenance.  

During this time, users will not be able to access:  

  • Blackboard
  • Internet Native Banner
  • Self Service Banner
  • MyLead
  • Medicat
  • Employee Total Compensation
  • Cornerstone
  • Internal DORI Content
  • Some Single Sign On Applications

Email, CampusLink, StarFish and most other DU web applications will be accessible by going to the DORI outage page at www.duq.edu/dori.  

The Banner system, including Internet Native Banner and Self Service Banner accessed through DORI, and other DU web apps such as MultiPass self-service and Bb Services will be unavailable on Sunday, October 22, 2017 from 5:00 a.m. until noon due to system maintenance.  

During this time, users will not be able to:  

Students

  • View academic transcripts, class schedules or grades in Self Service Banner 
  • Access student accounts to view and print bills and see account details
  • Place an order for transcripts or print enrollment verifications
  • Access some Web Tools and DORI channels
  • Access MultiPass Self-Service

  Employees

  • Use Internet Native Banner (INB) for managing Student, Finance, Financial Aid, Alumni/Advancement, and Human Resources/Payroll information
  • Use Self Service Banner to access Pay Information, Budget Queries, Leave Balances, and Tax Forms
  • Access some Web Tools and DORI channels
  • Access Cognos for reporting
  • Access MultiPass Self-Service
