2016 Spring Permit Sales
All permit renewals and new permit purchases (including spring semester South Side Shuttle permits) will begin on Tuesday, December 15, 2015. The online renewal and payment option will not be available for the spring semester. To renew or purchase a new permit you must come to the Parking and Traffic Management Office, Monday through Friday 8:30 - 4:30. For those who are just renewing your permit please remember to bring your current parking permit hangtag and proximity badge.
Resident Freshman Parking
Parking permits for freshman resident students are now being offered for the upcoming 2016 spring semester.
Brottier Residents Only
Brottier residents requesting the Brottier Garage must complete a paper application and submit it by mail or by bringing it to the Parking and Traffice Management Office. Applications can be downloaded here.
Graduate and Teaching Assistants
Graduate and Teaching Assistants need to complete a paper application and submit it with a copy of their contract by mail or by bringing it to the Parking and Traffic Management Office. Applications can be downloaded here.
Commuter Permit Holders
Commuter parking permits are only valid to park on campus between the hours of 5:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. No commuter permit holder is permitted to park any vehicle on Duquesne University property between the hours of 2:00 a.m. through 5:00 a.m. Any violation will be subjected to a citation.
Student Permit Expiration Dates
J permits expire January 1, 2016
M permits expire May 17, 2016
A Permits expire August 14, 2016

Students who purchased a 2015 fall semester permit do not need to submit a new application. You can purchase a 2016 spring semester permit by bringing in your 2015 fall hangtag and proximity card to the Parking and Traffic Management Office.
