Brought to you by Duquesne University and The Penn State Center, this two day conference will explore practical and research based cyclical impacts of extraction industries on local economic, social and health issues. We will bring together experts, policy makers, and the public to discuss the impact of rapid growth and decline in energy extraction on local communities, economies, and health.
