"Working Class Ballet- A Poetics of Footbal"
November 18 | 2 - 4 pm
Join us Friday November 18th for a public lecture with author, philosopher, and moderator of the New York Times' Philosophy Blog The Stone, Simon Critchley. Critchley's work covers the philosophy of David Bowie's music, theater, humor, play, and psychoanalysis.
His public lecture will address the philosophy of soccer, and the role of play in popular culture. His philosophy is relevant not only to the academy but to everyone seeking to live meaningfully in a complicated and difficult world.
Refreshments will be provided after the event. This event is free and open to the public.
