Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
Walk-in registrants are welcome if space permits.
Other than online credit card payments, checks and money orders are the only forms of payment for mail-ins/walk-ins.
Cash cannot be accepted.
We are working to offer the following Continuing Education for the 2014-2015 Forensic Fridays series, and once Continuing Education is confirmed for a certain seminar, it will be listed as confirmed under that category: CLE, Continuing Nursing Education, Coroners Education, Social Work

A 15% Early Bird Discount is available for the registration for the full Annual Symposium only. Online registrants will find a drop-down box prompt, and mail-in registrants will see the option on the form.

Duquesne University Faculty, Staff and Students
Registration is free for all full-time faculty, staff and students of DU. However, we do ask faculty/staff and DU students to pay a service charge of $5/half-day and $10/full-day, payable ONLY by check or money order (made payable to Duquesne University, whether in advance or at the door. Faculty, staff and students should register by filling out this form, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
High School and Middle School Teachers
If you are a middle or high school teacher interested in bringing a class, please register yourself only and contact the Institute to register your class. We ask that each student pay a service fee (in lieu of a registration fee) of $5/half-day seminar, or $10/full-day seminar, and teachers pay the general public registration cost, but the group discount can be applied to the teacher's registration charge. (For example, a teacher with a group of 10 students would pay only $32.00 instead of $40.00 for a full-day FF seminar, and the students would pay $10.00 each) Cash cannot be accepted as a form of payment.
