Currently editing the Cambridgeshire volume of The Records of Early English Drama. Scholarly publications include studies of affective piety and the York Cycle, dramatic presentations of medieval feast subtleties and the question of whether several men getting drunk and pretending to be ghosts have thereby been involved in a dramatic activity.
Interested in the spiritual dimensions of performance space.
