Cassandra is a graduate of Duquesne University's School of Leadership and Professional Advancement, where she completed both her undergraduate and graduate studies. Her studies at Duquesne had a profound impact on her life in such a positive and fulfilling way. Cassandra has been with the School of Leadership and Professional Advancement since 2007.
Cassandra's career experience is diverse and includes experience in sales, sales management and corporate training. She is currently the VP Sales & Service Delivery Support Manager at First Commonwealth Bank. It is a robust position that she thoroughly enjoys. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughter who is currently a graduate student, singing and painting.
One of the most important things to Cassandra is helping her students to understand the importance of living life and not just existing through it. She believes that each student has made a choice to continue their education. This is an essential first step. Once that choice is made, they must engage in the experience. This means being an active participant in the learning experience. The concepts and theories learned in the classroom must be examined and then applied, in living life and leading others.
