Charles Sprowls is the Circulation Systems & Reference Librarian, providing assistance to the Duquesne Law School community and the general public. The office of Charles Sprowls is located in Room 215, directly behind the Circulation Desk. Mr. Sprowls provides Research Assistance, IT/AV Support, Web Development, and support for the Legal Research & Writing program. He manages the reserve room and faculty reserves, including electronic reserve material. The position also supervises student assistants, the evening and weekend supervisors, and the circulation supervisor. Mr. Sprowls is the editor of both DuqLawWire and ACLLWire, the official electronic newsletters of The Duquesne Center for Legal Information and Allegheny County Law Library. Additionally, he teaches Legal Research Methods with the Paralegal Insitute.
