Founder and Coordinator, Faculty Exchange Program, with the China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), 1990-present. Through this program, over eighty CUPL faculty members and administrators visited Duquesne and other areas of the U.S. during the past twenty years. Seven Duquesne faculty members and administrators visited the CUPL in Beijing, PRC.
Co-founder and Associate Director, Summer Study of Chinese Law Program in Beijing, PRC, sponsored by Duquesne and hosted by the CUPL, 1995-present. Established, with Professor Alfred S. Pelaez, the summer study program in China held the first three weeks of June each year. Currently serve as the Associate Director of the program held at the CUPL Beijing downtown campus. Over 600 Students representing over 195 law schools throughout the U.S. and the world have attended the American Bar Association (ABA) approved program.
