Judy Bolsinger has spent over 25 years in higher education as an administrator for both Point Park and Carlow Universities in Pittsburgh, PA. She has experience as a Vice-President and an Associate Provost of Enrollment Management, managing marketing, recruitment and retention of various populations of undergraduate and graduate students. She has expertise in counseling, team-building, strategic planning, financial aid, budgeting, and assessment, and has managed multiple off-site locations and online programming. As a founding Dean, Bolsinger led the development of programs in criminal justice administration, organizational leadership and law enforcement, and worked with faculty across the university to develop and promote many successful programs for adults. As a member of a student development team, Bolsinger designed and taught career development coursework and implemented computerized systems for the processing of employment and internship information.
