Ms. DeLuca is the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at the Duquesne University School of Nursing. Ms. DeLuca completed dual degrees in 2004 at Duquesne University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She went on to complete her MBA at Duquesne in 2008. She is currently pursuing a her doctorate in education in the Higher Education Management program at the University of Pittsburgh.
Ms. DeLuca joined the Duquesne University School of Nursing in 2004 and has served in various capacities since then including the Graduate Academic Advisor and grant manager for some of the school's federal grants. She has also been successful in the development and implementation of several new initiatives to enhance the student experience for the online graduate learner.
