As an English language instructor, I've taught skills-based courses to learners from many countries studying in intensive language programs at U.S. universities. I've worked with students in beginning through advanced proficiency levels, including international teaching assistants. I've also mentored teaching interns.
Collaborations with colleagues at Duquesne University in the Office of International Programs and the Orbis Learning Community have helped develop an ongoing partnership between international students in the ESL Program and students in the Orbis Learning Community.
