General Counsel for the PA Local Government Commission 1970-1972 during which time the Pennsylvania Home Rule Charter Act, Act 62 of 1972 was drafted and which is current law, the Pennsylvania Local Government Debt Unit Act, Act 185 of 1972 was drafted and which is current law;the Pennsylvania Area Wide Government Act, Act 39 of 1972 was drafted and which is current law; the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Act, Act 180 of 1972 was drafted and which is current law;andthirty-three other pieces of local government legislation were draftedand which were signed into law during the 1970-72 legislative session.
