Carl Possesses over 20 years of Information Technology (IT) experience. He has held positions ranging from his technical roots as a programmer through IT executive management. Throughout his career he has worked with a varying number of ERP, manufacturing, sales and marketing, customer service and decision support software, as well as a multitude of other business and technical applications.

Having experience from both sides of the aisle, Carl worked for vendors such as Oracle Corporation as well as managing IT departments for a number of companies, eventually becoming the CIO of a $2 billion energy company. All of this has given him an appreciation and first-hand experience for what it takes to deliver projects as the vendor or as the consumer.
