Supporting Documents

Official Transcripts

You must submit official transcripts with the application. Unofficial transcripts are not acceptable. Notify the schools that you have attended to send an official copy of your transcript to you in a sealed envelope. You must submit official transcripts from ALL schools attended whether or not some of the work is shown as advanced standing on another transcript.

The Duquesne University Registrar's Office will forward the transcript via campus mail upon the applicant's written request. There is no fee for forwarding a Duquesne transcript to a University office. However, Duquesne graduates who have also attended another school must submit official transcripts from those schools with their application. This is required even if the information appears as advanced standing on the Duquesne transcript or if another University department has an official copy of the transcript on file.
