City of Pittsburgh from campus

Most Donahue students are looking to either assume positions of greater responsibility with their current employer or secure a more fulfilling opportunity with a new employer. The Donahue School has a full-time counselor who exclusively provides graduate students the services and resources they need to develop and refine their interviewing and job-search skills in order to make informed career decisions.

Students have access to the following Career Development services:

  • Skill-development workshops - counselors address topics such as interviewing skills and resume development
  • Professional Video Training Assistance Program (PROVITA) - an individualized video training program that guides students in perfecting their job interviewing skills
  • Corporate Video Conferencing - prospective employers from anywhere in the world can use this system to conduct first-time interviews with Donahue School students while they are on campus

Donahue students also have the opportunity for additional individualized counseling through one-on-one sessions.

Duquesne makes a lifelong commitment to assist graduates with implementing their career plans. These services are available to all alumni throughout their career.
