Louis Testoni

Mr. Testoni retired as Managing Partner of the Lake Erie Market of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), a professional services regional practice comprised of the PwC offices in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Buffalo and Rochester. During his tenure with PwC, Lou served in numerous leadership roles, including National Leader for the firm’s Midcap Client Practice and the Pittsburgh Entrepreneurial Advisory Services Practice Leader. He was a long-standing member of the firm’s US Extended Leadership Team, and he spent two years in the New York office as a member of the National Accounting and SEC Directorates.

In his client service roles, Lou served private and public sector companies in the manufacturing, metals, oil and gas, mining, media, distribution, retail and technology market segments. He is well-respected in the region’s capital markets and has deep knowledge and understanding of organizational and financial structures that include investments through debt and equity private placements, venture capital and private equity firms, and companies seeking initial and secondary public offerings, highly leveraged debt financings, and evaluating business acquisitions and dispositions.

Lou presently serves on the Board of Directors of ABARTA, Inc., Koppers, Inc. and Heyl & Patterson, Inc., and serves on the Board of Advisors of Henderson Brothers, Inc. and c3contols, Inc.

Lou is also an Executive in Residence at the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business where he provides career counseling to the School’s MBA and Masters of Accounting graduates.

Lou is active in the Pittsburgh community, recently completing his tenure as the Chairman of the Board of the Carnegie Library System of Pittsburgh (CLP). His is a Life Trustee on the CLP Board, and currently serves as a board member of The Frick Museum and Education Center. He is also a board member for Achieving the Dream, Inc. a National non-profit committed to successful programming for secondary education of Urban Minorities.

Lou and his wife, Kathy, reside in the Shadyside area of Pittsburgh, PA and have two adult children. He received his BS from Providence College in 1971, and has taken Executive Management Coursework at Dartmouth and Duke Universities. Lou is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of CPA’s.
