    Continuing Legal Education

    The Duquesne University School of Law is pleased to offer the legal community a variety of continuing legal education opportunities throughout the year. 

    Dean John J. Sciullo Continuing Legal Education Series

    Many CLE courses are offered as part of the Dean John J. Sciullo Fundamentals of Law Continuing Legal Education Series. This series is named for the dean of the Law School  who served from 1982 through 1993 and continued to teach as dean emeritus until his death in 2000.

    In the spirit of Dean Sciullo, these programs will move you to reconsider the past, broaden your experience and occasionally challenge your values.

    Dean Sciullo was a master in the classroom, concerned not just with rigorous technical learning, but also with the values and ethical judgments that form the great lawyer. Forward thinking and creative, Dean Sciullo nurtured the Duquesne University School of Law Continuing Legal Education program from the beginning here in Pennsylvania.
