The American Constitution Society for Law and Policy (ACS) is a national organization of law students, law professors, judges, and practicing lawyers who seek to revitalize and transform the legal debate. The group seeks to strengthen the intellectual foundations of and the public case for a more progressive vision of the law in various areas relating to individual liberties.
