Join the American Constitution Society on Thursday, November 14th, at 6 p.m. in the Alcoa Room at Pitt
Law, as they welcome Laurence Leamer, who will be discussing his new book "The Price of Justice." The
book discusses the famous case Caperton v. A.T. Massey Coal Co. The book tells the story of the legal battle
to hold Massey Energy accountable to the West Virginia communities it contaminated and controlled while
supplying almost half the nation's coal-energy supply. Refreshments will be provided.
