Legal Research Guides by Course - Criminal Law and Procedure

Course Description

This course will examine judicial and legislative concepts regarding criminal law and procedure.  Students will study substantive offenses and criminal law enforcement in order to clarify the meaning of criminal responsibility.  In addition, students will be acquainted with concepts and concerns underlying constitutional criminal procedure.  (4 credits)  Required Course
