Course Description
This course is intended to introduce students to the interface between environmental law and business / real estate law; to teach students how to incorporate environmental principles into due diligence; and to teach students how to negotiate and draft contract provisions to address environmental issues. Prerequisite: Corporations - can be concurrently enrolled (2 credits)
