Course Description
This Clinic is operated on a full-time basis at the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, Pro Se Motions Program (Family Division). Students are required to complete 280 hours of legal work at their placement over the academic year. The students are also required to attend a weekly two-hour seminar. (4 credits yearlong, 2 classroom and 2 non-classroom credits) Co-requisite: Family Law
