Duquesne Environmental Health Law Journal
The Duquesne Environmental Health Law Journal serves as a forum for the examination, analysis, and criticism of predominant issues in environmental and health law. In this respect, it serves not only to inform and influence courts, the bar, and legal scholars but also provides law students an opportunity to participate in that process.
Working on the Duquesne Environmental Health Law Journal gives you the opportunity to work with like-minded law students with an interest in environmental law, health law, or both. Journal members can benefit from cite-checking, legal research and writing, and communication skills, all of which are valuable tools in both the law school classroom and as a future law practitioner. As a member of the DEHLJ, all students have the opportunity to receive credits as a staff or board member, and to fulfill the upper-level writing requirement.
