Education Law and Policy Society

The purpose of the Education Law and Policy Society is to present Duquesne University Law School students and faculty with pertinent issues facing lawyers who represent educational institutions, whether in public school systems or institutions of higher learning. Additionally, the Society focuses on facilitating scholarly debate on important policy considerations in the arena of education for those students who hope to become civic leaders.
