Newsletter
The Undergraduate Newsletter called the "Psychology Major" is published twice a year and sent to all Undergraduate Psychology Majors. It contains information for the practica, new course offerings and more.
Practica and Volunteer Information
The Psychology Department values experiential education. To provide students with structured opportunities for such learning, four different practica are offered: Arsenal Family & Children's Center, UPMC-Shadyside Hospital Elder Life Program, Western Psychiatric Institute & Clinic, and a Forensic Psychology practicum opportunity that involves working with a local Psychologist.
Student Organizations 
Psi Chi is the National Honor Society in Psychology, founded in 1929 for the purposes of encouraging, stimulating, and maintaining excellence in scholarship, and advancing the science of psychology.
