The one-day symposium is designed to empower middle and high-school Class Guitar teachers who are currently teaching (or who would like to teach) class guitar. The day will include a variety of sessions led by guitar educator Thomas Kikta (Assistant Professor, Music Technology, Classical Guitar-Duquesne University) Participants will receive a book, a guitar strap and learn how the Shearer method, one of the most proven effective classic guitar methods is ideally suited for classroom application.
