Undergraduate DivisionAdmission to the undergraduate division is based on the successful completion of the audition, theory, and musicianship exam. All applicants must pass the audition process regardless of their intended degree track. Undergraduate applicants must also complete the standard University application. |
Graduate Division
Applicants for the graduate division must successfully complete the Music School graduate application process. An audition is required for all performance oriented programs. All applicants must have completed an adequate undergraduate preparation in music in order to apply (normally a bachelor's degree, a college-level conservatory diploma or their foreign equivalent).

Post-baccalaureate Certification ProgramsApplicants for the post-baccalaureate certification program in music education and music therapy must complete the standard University application. A demonstration of proficiency in musicianship skills and an audition on a major applied instrument are required.
