Featuring William J. O'Rourke, retired Vice President of Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability for Alcoa, and currently the Executive Director of the Beard Institute at the Duquesne University School of Business.

From the vantage point of his engagement in environmental protection, corporate social responsibility and sustainability for 30 years at Alcoa, Mr. O'Rourke will begin with a retrospective of several decades to develop a prospective picture of the field of environmental management 20 years from now, profiling the state of technology, the changes in curriculum, characteristics of students and faculty, employment prospects, the perspective of business, the role of government and the central place of enlightened, responsible leadership in the year 2032.
