• Trunk incurvature reflex
• Patent anal opening
• "Wink reflex" present

Signs of potential distress or deviations from expected findings:

• Limitation of movement
• Fusion of vertebrae
• Spina bifida
• Tuft of hair
• Imperforate anus
• Anal fissures
• Pilonidal cyst
