Distinguished Alumnus Award:
Michael Zeglinski, B.S. Pharmacy, R.Ph.
Michael Zeglinski serves as Senior Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy, at OptumRx, the nation's third-largest pharmacy benefits manager (PBM), and part of Optum, a leading pharmacy care services business. The parent company, UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH), is a diversified health and well-being company, which provides services to more than 85 million people worldwide and includes UnitedHealthcare, the nation's leading health care provider.
Bringing more than 25 years of experience in the pharmacy distribution and specialty pharmaceutical business, including home infusion therapies, Mr. Zeglinski also serves as Chief Executive Officer of BriovaRx, the OptumRx specialty pharmacy.
BriovaRx is a full-service, innovative, patient-centric specialty pharmacy that serves a diverse customer base, from patients and providers to payers and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Mr. Zeglinski is responsible for leading the division's strategy, growth and sales efforts, product development, clinical programs, analytics and outcomes, and operations of 18 specialty pharmacies nationwide.
In 2015, Mr. Zeglinski joined OptumRx through the acquisition of Catamaran Corporation, a pharmacy benefits management company, where he served as the Senior Vice President of Pharmacy Operations. Prior to Catamaran, he held roles at several of the largest specialty pharmacy organizations, including Quantum Health Resources, Olsten/Gentiva Health Services, Accredo Therapeutics and CVS Caremark.
Throughout his career, Mr. Zeglinski developed and implemented numerous pharmacy operating systems and disease-specific care management programs, which focus on increasing patients' specialty pharmaceutical adherence rates, documenting cost saving interventions and improving quality of life for patients/members. He is also Green Belt certified in Lean Six Sigma processes focusing on the healthcare industry.
Mr. Zeglinski holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, and pursued his Master's degree in Fine Arts in Music from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) and the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) and has held licenses in 13 states as a registered pharmacist.
Alumni Achievment Award:
Jodi Lech, B.S. Pharmacy, Pharm.D., BCOP
Jodi Lech is the Director of Pharmacy for the Allegheny Health Network Cancer Institute in Pittsburgh. Jodi currently oversees the operational and clinical function of 18 hematology/oncology locations in western Pennsylvania.
She is obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in 1997, and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 1999 from Duquesne University. Jodi pursued further training in a two-year clinical fellowship in solid organ transplant at the Cleveland Clinic. Once her training was complete, she returned to Pittsburgh and was employed by West Penn Allegheny Oncology Network as the first Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in outpatient oncology. Over the past 16 years under her leadership, the AHN oncology pharmacy team has steadily grown to over 22 outpatient Clinical Pharmacy Specialists providing care in the community and hospital locations for Allegheny Health Network.
Jodi currently serves on the Cancer Caring Center's Board of Directors, and co-chairs the Allegheny Health Network's Healing Journey program for cancer survivors. The Healing Journey program will be celebrating its 15th year in October 2018, and is one of the largest free cancer survivorship programs in the Pittsburgh area.
Jodi was the 2008 recipient of Pittsburgh Magazine's 40 under 40 Award, and the 2016 recipient of Pittsburgh Business Times' Health Care Heroes Award for her work with the Healing Journey.
Jodi currently resides in Washington, PA with her husband Steve, and 16-year-old daughter Johni Sue.

2017 Recent Graduate Alumni Award:
Jonathan Ogurchak, Pharm.D.
Jonathan Ogurchak, a 2009 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Pharmacy, is a specialty pharmacy veteran, having designed programs and services for both Accredo and PANTHERx Specialty Pharmacy. He has focused on new, innovative uses for technology, enhancing both patient and prescriber experiences with specialty medications, designing and implementing several high-touch pharmacist-driven programs focused on dosing efficiency and clinical monitoring of patient outcomes with specialty therapies.
He is on faculty for the Masters of Science in Pharmacy Business Administration (MSPBA) program through the University of Pittsburgh, leading the Specialty Pharmacy Management curriculum, and has worked with the School of Pharmacy's Experiential Education department since graduation. He currently serves on the editorial board for Specialty Pharmacy Times, having been a featured author for multiple publications, and holds CSP Certification through the Specialty Pharmacy Certification Board.
He has been honored at Employee of the Quarterly Express Scripts while serving as a Pharmacy Supervisor at Accredo, and was recognized as a Fast Tracker in 2016 by the Pittsburgh Business Times, an award given out to 40 up-and-comers under 40 years old in the Pittsburgh region. He currently serves on the Duquesne University Alumni Board of Governors, and is often seen donning his red sweater vest behind the bench, supporting the Men's Basketball Team as a season ticket holder.
Jonathan lives in Robinson Township, along with his wife Alison and children Wylie, Levi, and Violet.
