Grant Received: Dr. Aleem Gangjee

GangjeeThe Duquesne University Mylan School of Pharmacy and Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences announced yesterday a $380,747 grant received by Distinguished Professor of Medicinal Chemistry and Adrian Van Kaam Chair in Scholarly Excellence, Dr. Aleem Gangjee.

The National Institues of Health – National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases grant funds the fifth year of research of Pneumocystis Jirovecii Targeted Antiopportunistic Agents and brings the total award to $1.88 million.
