International Student Arrival Dates and Temporary Housing Notification

All students,  including graduate and ESL,  are eligible for free temporary housing during the weekend of International Orientation.  Students who do not have permanent on-campus housing must exit the campus after Orientation.   We provide this service so that students living off-campus can stay on campus while they look for an apartment.  We generally are able to accomodate students from 7 days before the start of Orientation.

You must notify us of your intention to arrive on campus early, regardless of whether you have a permanent on-campus room or not.

Please note the main arrival dates for international students - we cannot guarantee housing prior to these dates or airport pick-up after these dates.

Special Note for Undergraduate Students

Freshmen and sophomores are required to live on campus unless you have applied for a waiver through the Office of Residence Life.   The form below merely lets us know that you will need to arrive on campus early.  It does not take the place of returning your Housing Contract to the Office of Residence Life.

Special Note for Graduate Students:

As an international graduate student, you will most likely be living in off campus housing. Please confirm your arrangements before you arrive. If you are unable to do so, you are welcome to stay on campus up until one week prior to classes beginning.  Please check the appropriate box below if you will need temporary on-campus housing.
