International Mailing Options

Receiving Your Acceptance and Immigration Packet

If you have already submitted all of the appropriate financial documentation needed for us to send you your I-20, you have two options on how you would like the packet to be mailed:

1. Express Mail (takes 3 – 5 days):

Duquesne uses an express mail service that will allow you to receive your acceptance packet and I-20 through DHL or FedEx. Requesting this is at your expense and your credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) will be charged upon requesting the service. To request express mailing of your documents, go to the EShip Global website.

If you choose to use EshipGlobal, you will be required to create your own user name and password in order to create an account and provide payment details. Use this student account number: uems-xxxx. Please be sure to indicate that your institution is Duquesne University-Office of International Programs when setting up your shipment.

Please pay close attention to the information submitted, as errors in the credit card information or submitting incorrect or incomplete address information will result in a delay in the mailing of your I-20. If you experience any difficulty in registering and processing the shipment, please use the “Help” link in the site for step by step instructions. If you have additional questions about how to use this service, please e-mail support@eshipglobal.com.

2. Regular Overseas Mail (takes 4 – 6 weeks):

If you would like your I-20 to be sent by regular mail, please reply to this email to confirm your overseas address. When no response is received within 5 days, your I-20 will be sent by regular mail to the address indicated on your application (unless you have chosen the Express Mail option 2).
