Planning Your Event
After you have discussed availability for your event, the following forms will help you to take the next steps in booking your event:
Request Forms
- Affiliated Event Request Form - to be completed by outside, affiliated groups to reserve a date
- Co-Sponsored Event Approval Form – to be completed by the university department who is co-sponsoring an event in the ballroom with an outside group
- Internal event request form is available in DORI
- Guest Wireless Account Request – Please contact the Events Coordinator to request wireless Internet available to event attendees
Floor Plan and Electrical Outlet Diagram
The floor plan will help you assess how much space is needed for your event. The West section of the ballroom faces downtown, while the East section faces Oakland. Floor to ceiling windows cover all walls of the ballroom except for the far East wall and the South wall (Main Entrance).
