Women's Executive Leadership Program September 2011 - March 2012

2010-2011 Cohort of the Women's Executive Leadership Program

The goal of the Women's Executive Leadership Program is to enhance the signature of women in business by offering a distinct development experience that not only improves the leadership capacity of the woman herself, but also fosters her ability to create and sustain change within her organization.

Through this challenging and enriching experience, the 12-15 person cohort learns from one another in a dynamic environment, where participants represent diverse industries, perspectives and life situations. Cohort members grow and encourage one another to achieve personal and professional goals. By experiencing the program together, participants bring a remarkably strong identity as leaders to the marketplace and are prepared to make a marked difference in the world.
