Many upperclassmen students choose to live in a Pittsburgh neighborhood near campus. Students interested in living off-campus can view an up-to-date listing of available housing, advice when renting an apartment, and useful phone numbers.
Duquesne University has not inspected any of the properties on our housing list and makes no warranties as to their habitability or safety.

If you would like your rental properties included in our off-campus housing list, please download and fill out this form: Off-Campus Housing Form, and email it to commuteraffairs@duq.edu.
We reserve the right to list any or all of the information you provide at our discretion. Postings will appear on web site for 30-days.
Campus Residency Policy
Freshmen and sophomores attending Duquesne University are required to live on campus or with their parents or guardians.
