- Personal Counseling: To get help with a particular problem or issue, unusual stress, or unmanageable feelings. These issues are common for college students, who are faced with difficult studies, a new environment and changing relationships with family and friends.

Group Counseling: Discover that others experience similar difficulties and may be able to give and receive help with stress management, self-concept, relationships, anxiety, grief support, body image and other life challenges.
- Consultations: A one-session consultation is free to faculty and staff with a personal problem or difficulties with a student or co-worker.

Workshops: Counselors will speak to groups on topics like stress management, relationship strategies, conflict resolution and team building.

Testing Services: We schedule testing times for the Miller Analogies Test (MAT), CLEP (College Level Examination Program) and administer national testing of the LSAT, MPRE and PRAXIS.
- Biofeedback: Learn to decrease stress, anxiety, panic and depression through relaxation techniques.
