In an effort to reduce the number of passwords you use, effective on a future date to be determined, the new Duquesne domain will be MultiPass enabled after your next MultiPass password reset!
What do I need to do?
The next time you change your MultiPass password, you can begin logging into your computer using your MultiPass username and password.
(note: if you are logged into your DU owned computer when you reset your MultiPass password, you should logout and back onto the computer with your new MultiPass password or you will loose some functionality including network printing and server access)
What if I can’t logon to my computer?
If you forget your MultiPass username or password and are unable to log on to your computer, we have created a new self-help password helper tool to allow you to log onto your computer and gain access the MultiPass website. There you can reset or unlock your account. See instructions below or download them in PDF format.
