The University of Virginia publishes an “Administrative Decisions & Other Actions” web page. It is not just a link to the Code of Federal Regulations, but provides important additional information about Government Agencies. The user will find the site provides administrative actions which are beyond the scope of publications such as the Federal Register. The homepage contains an alphabetical list of links to the various agencies. For instance, if you click “FOIA” under Agricultural Research Services, you’ll find links and information for Current Consent Decisions, Business Opportunities, Product Service Codes, and many other helpful research resources. The site provides the option to navigate decisions and other administrative actions by subject. For instance, if you choose, Labor & Employment from the options, you’ll get a list of inks like Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Laws, Regulations, & Policy Guidance. University of Virginia’s Administrative page strategically post links to the individual agency information and is a valuable resource for anyone conducting regulatory research.
