Joel Fishman, Ph.D., is the Assistant Director of Lawyer Services at DCLI/ACLL.
This index-digest contains more than 4,000 cases from the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, 300 PA Appellate Court and more than 500 cases from the Federal Courts. Each section consists of an alphabetical listing of the digest summary assigned to each case, a plaintiff-defendant table, a defendant-plaintiff table, and a list of cases reported by judge.
