Join us for this full-day seminar addressing the far-reaching legal and judicial implications of the National Academy of Sciences' recently published report, "Strengthening Forensic Science in the United States: A Path Forward". Featuring panel discussions by prosecutors, defense attorneys, judges, legal scholars and forensic scientists, the program will be of interest and importance to all attorneys and judges who work with scientific evidence and experts.
Pennsylvania attorneys and those from reciprocating states may receive UP TO 7 HOURS OF CLE CREDIT, INCLUDING 1 HOUR OF ETHICS CREDIT, by attending this seminar.

CLE COURSES: The three-credit programs have been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for three (3) hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit and zero (0) of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit.
The one-credit Research Legal Ethics has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Education Board for zero (0) hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit and one (1) hour of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit.
FEE: $50 per three-hour session for individuals with ACLL borrowing cards; $60 for non-library card holders; $25 for one-hour session for individuals with ACLL borrowing cards; $30 for non-library card holders.
