Thomas.loc.gov is changing to Congress.gov (www.congress.gov),
The Library of Congress unveiled the initial beta release of Congress.gov, the successor to the very popular federal legislative site THOMAS.gov.

Mary Whisner of U. of Washington Law Library has an article on the Bluebook in paper, online, ipad app.
There are now three format choices for the Bluebook: paper, online subscription (since 2008), and—as of August 10, 2012—iPad app.

The ABA full-text journal search can be found by visiting the above URL or by visiting http://www.aba.org/, under “ABA Groups”, choose “Departments & Offices”, and choose “Legal Technology Resource Center”. Finally, click the link to “Free Full-Text Law Review/Journal Search”. The search engine provides access to over 400 full-text legal journals and documents. Simply enter keyword search terms, like “family law and United States” and the site will provide links to corresponding articles. The site allows the user to browse by journal title, as an alternative to navigating the collection via the search engine. Scroll to the desired titles, for instance, Denver University Law Review, and the site provides a link to the official law review site, including current and past issues of the publication. This resource, while not comprehensive, provides an extensive list of full-text access law journals available through the ABA web site.
