This Seminar will bring together distinguished justices, judges, advocates, and law professors from the United States, Canada, Latin America, and Europe for scintillating and profound discussions of the roles played by the various branches of government in the legal systems of their respective countries.
This Seminar has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for twelve (12) hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit and zero (0) hours of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit - six (6) hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit hours for Friday, November 7, and six (6) hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit hours for Saturday, November 8. To find new databases added to Westlaw on a daily basis, type "new" where it says "search for a database". You will find a chronological listing of databases added daily. There are also some new features appearing on Westlaw. SURVEYS: The 50 States has vastly improved the speed and efficiency of the multi-jurisdictional research. ALRINDEX was released on August 27 and covers the second through sixth series, as well as the ALR federal first and second series.
