DCLI is accepting applications for Student-Assistants for the 2013 Summer Session and 2013-2014 Academic Year. Submit completed applications to Edna Maravich, 4th floor Murray Pavilion. Only one application is necessary to apply for both Summer AND 2013 - 2014 Academic Year. The application is available at the following link:

ZipCourt is a Dispute resolution practice web site, or better known as Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). ZipCourt is utilized when two opposing parties agree to use the site to resolve their differences. Once the parties agree to use ZipCourt, whatever the site decides is the legally binding agreement. This site is especially helpful since it helps parties avoid time, money, and effort that normally are expended in litigation, mediation, and arbitration. Users can begin the process by clicking on the "Get Started Now" link, and entering information into the registration form. ZipCourt's user guide outlines 9 easy-to-follow steps in the site's dispute resolution process.
