As most of you already know, if you plan to take exams using your laptop, you must install a program called Securexam Student (April 20 -April 30, 2009) and take the practice exam. Dr. Murray's New Contracts Publication

Chancellor and Law School Professor Dr. John E. Murray, Jr. has completed a one volume desk edition of all 89 chapters of the treatise, Corbin on Contracts. Dr. Murray is the co-author of the biannual supplements to this treatise, and the author of revised Volume 9 of the Corbin treatise as well as his own often cited treatise, Murray on Contracts.

Professor Barker's recent KDKA-TV Appearance

Robert S. Barker, Duquesne University Distinguished Professor of Law, was a guest participant on the KDKA-TV public affairs program "KD/PG Sunday Edition," April 19, 2009, where he discussed international and United States law with respect to the problem of Somali pirates.
